When planning a monument, we must keep in mind which way the names should face. The easiest way to determine this is going out to the cemetery and looking around. Do all names face the West? Do all names face the East? This can be tricky, which is why we highly encourage you to go out to the cemetery and snap a picture of where your plots are located. Make sure to include nearby monuments in the picture. If you bring it to your appointment, this could help your designer tremendously. Also, being able to show on a map where the plots are located will help our setting team. Make sure you know how many plots you own. We want to ensure a timely and safe installation.
We are here to assist you! The first step in designing your monument is picking the color you like. We highly encourage going around cemeteries to not only see all the variety of colors, but also design elements you might like. Take pictures and bring them in. Remember, people designed their monuments to be looked at and admired. Don't feel "weird" going to cemeteries and taking pictures.
We are happy to do foundations for our customers. Sometimes, we may no be able to due to time constraints, or location contraints. Do not worry, we have contact information for foundation contractors who help fill in when we need them. Also, some cemeteries may require you to use their subcontractor. This is a good question to ask the sexton, or we can help you find that information.
